Welcome to Tyler's oldest B&B, The Woldert-Spence Manor Bed and Breakfast Inn. We are a historic landmark restored to its prior beauty, and the closest lodging facility to the downtown Tyler square. We have a total of 8 guest rooms, 6 in the main house (2 downstairs and 4 upstairs) and the Rockway Carriage House and Mockingbird Cottage in the back.

All rooms have private bathrooms with wall-mounted hairdryers and wireless (WIFI) internet access. All rooms but the two downstairs rooms have cable TV. Most rooms have king- or queen-size beds, and some are available with fireplaces and private porches or balconies. Plus, all of our rates include a delicious full breakfast served to you in our lovely formal Dining Room. Bring your swimsuit and you can enjoy the Jacuzzi in the backyard, or simply sit beneath the trees and enjoy the back garden.

What's New in Tyler? We're now on Facebook! Spring is now well underway, and Azalea Trails has come and gone. Which means it's time to look forward to summer, and that means summer camp! Dropping off or pickup up the kids at Pine Cove? Take a romantic night for yourself at the Woldert-Spence Manor and enjoy dinner in one of the restaurants on the historic square in downtown Tyler, only a few blocks away. Speaking of which, this is also the time of year to enjoy outdoor dining at some of Tyler's best restaurants. Three of our favorites are the outside deck at Villa Montez overlooking the treetops, the patio at Rick's on the Square when live music is playing on the weekends, and the rooftop lounge at Jake's--also on the historic square. While you're there, be sure to check out the special screenings at the newly restored Liberty Theater. Plan to catch dinner and a movie in downtown Tyler! And weather should be lovely for the next few Canton tradedays--May 3-6 and May 31-June 3!
